New Facility in Newport
We’re proud to announce the opening of our Newport, Delaware printing plant. This site houses our newest press, a 40" Heidelberg SM102 six color perfecting press with aqueous coating unit. The site also includes a complete finishing bindery, and expands our capabilities for larger format projects.
New Advanced CTP
We’ve recently upgraded to the new Kodak Magnus 800 CREO eight-up CTP (Computer-To-Plate) device. This is the most advanced CTP system on the market.
We’re Now FSC Certified
McClafferty Printing has received certification from the Forest Stewardship Council. Becoming an FSC printer not only shows our commitment to forest sustainability, but it makes us one of the greenest printers in Delaware.
New Prinergy® Technology
Our Kodak Prinergy system is a complete workflow management solution that organizes prepress, plate production and post production like never before. It features automatic pre-flight of digital files and many other time saving features for improved efficiency and accuracy. This translates into fast turn-around for our customers.
Sharp, Crisp Color Image Reproduction
70 percent of our color printing jobs now use high-definition Staccato technology, also known as stochastic printing.
